walked ALL the way dwn to gardens for dinner at chomp chomp.
where we ordered sambal stingray, char kway tiao for him, fried rice for me and for him again as well. and our GIANT sugar cane juice.
well, now justin officially LOVES sambal stingray.
altho his cartoon face showed it all that he canot stand the hotness of it.

ok.. now, sunday's almost gone again.
i HAVE to finish my history essay by tonight so i wld not be stressed out this coming week.

Mothers' Day

Mother is one of the surviving words from Anglo-Saxon (starting as modor), which are among the most fundamental words in English. Mother has many cognates in other languages, including Old High German muoter, Dutch moeder, Old Norse mothir, Latin mater, Greek meter, and Sanskrit mat. These words share an Indo-European root.
Mother is one of the Anglo-Saxon nouns that has an Anglo-Saxon adjective as well as a Latinate adjective — motherly and maternal — and motherly also came from Old English (modorlic). Mom, a shortened form of momma, was recorded in 1894; momma was first used in 1884. Both are chiefly North American uses. Mamma and mama, created by children reduplicating an instinctive sound, are much earlier terms Ð showing up in the 1500s. In between came mommy (also North American in usage) in 1848, which was a variant of mammy (also 1500s).

The carnation is the floral symbol of Mother's Day and the holiday is associated with the colors red and white. Some people wear white carnations on this day to honor mothers who have died and red or pink for those who are living. The "founder" of Mother's Day, Anna Jarvis, urged people to wear carnations because carnations had been her own Mother's favorite flower. Carnation is the general name for the cultivated variety of the clove-pink. It is likely that the word derived from coronation, as the flower's dented leaves somewhat resemble a crown.

PIMPLE OUTBREAK

vjc's oily air canteen and vjc's workload is causing an eruption of pimples on my face.

when oil gets collected and hardens in the pores of the skin , blackheads are formed. Oily skin not only attracts dusts but also continuosly shed the dead cells. Dirt, oil, sweat and stall make up tend to plug & block the pores. The pores are exposed to the dirt and air, hence they turn black and are called the blackheads. Owing to blackheads, the pores get blocked and oil glands get infected resulting to pimples. If the infection progresses, it ruptures the mechanism of oil glands and attacks the inner layer of the skin giving way to an acne prone condition.

CAUSES:
* constipation
* not cleansing the face thoroughly
* to much consumption of coca-cola, tea, coffee
* less consumption of water
* late nights (frm doing essays and hwk)
* hormonal imbalancelogged pores of sumthing.

well, as u can see..
i guess i got pimples frm one of those reasons up there.
